In science class we had a discussion of what behaviors need to occur when we are working with the walls open (projects/group work). We then introduced the Elements of Design that will be a focus of all project work that we complete in science class. These elements of design include Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity and are emphasized for the purpose of increasing the visual effectiveness and professional appearance of student work.

Today 7th rade math students were introduced to the website "classzone.com" which is a resource associated with our McDouglas Littel textbook. This website offers students a chance to review and practice content that we are covering during class. We then continued practicing exercises in Exponents by completing 1.3 Practice in class.

The class then finished their studies of Variables & Exponents by completing section 1.2 Practice.
