7th & 8th Grade General Science: Today in science students were divided into their groups they will be in tomorrow on the field trip, where they determined the roles each group member will have on the trip. There was then a quiz on the procedures they will be using in the field.Homework: get supplies together for field trip on Thursday
7th Grade Math: In math 7th graders continued reviewing metric units. We did many practice problems converting metric units together, before students were handed a worksheet on section 2.7 given to them to assess their skills.
Homework: Review Homework #14 and finish worksheet 2.7 both to be due Friday. Chapter Two test is scheduled for Monday.
8th Grade Math: In math 8th graders reviewed combining like terms (Review Homework #11). We continued working with section 2.5 which covers how to solve algebraic equations that include addition and subtraction operations.
Homework: Finish Review #12 (due Friday)
